Wyoming Project

Four Bedroom | Two Bathroom Home with a pool in Frisco, TX being used as a short term rental property.  This home came partially furnished and the client wanted to focus on showcasing the outdoors while also making minimal upgrades to the inside of the home.  We were able to add character to the breakfast nook by painting the walls a subtle blue-gray tone and inside of the window sills black.  The secondary bedrooms and both bathrooms received a neutral off white tone to help brighten up the spaces and provide cohesiveness throughout and the vanity in the Primary Bathroom was painted black as a simple upgrade to elevate its appearance.  In the kitchen, we added blue tiles to the backsplash to include a pop of color.
